Q1 2023 Medicare Coverage Gap Discount Program Invoice & Reports Distribution

Q1 2023 Medicare Coverage Gap Discount Program (CGDP) quarterly invoices and reports have been distributed to Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Part D Sponsors. 

The distribution process was completed on Friday, April 28, 2023. 

Please check the CGDP Portal to confirm receipt. 

As stated in the Manufacturer Agreement, manufacturers have 38 calendar days from date of report receipt to make a payment. 

The Q1 2023 deadline for invoice payment initiation is Thursday, June 8, 2023.
